The Resident Acting Company, formed four years ago by the actors of the award-winning Pearl Theater Company, is announcing their fall lineup of script in hand performances celebrating Shakespeare and the First Folio at The Players, the historic club and home of the great Shakespearean actor Edwin Booth. Henry V, written by William Shakespeare and directed by Davis McCallum, began performances on Wednesday May 31, with an opening night on Sunday June 4. Henry V will play in rep with Love’s Labor’s Lost through August 21. Check out all new photos!

The Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival has announced casting for their 2023 Season.

The Resident Acting Company, formed four years ago by the actors of the Pearl Theater Company, has announced casting for a script in hand performance of Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream on September 19th at The Players. 

Based on Agatha Christie’s 1934 detective novel and adapted for the stage by Ken Ludwig, director Marcia Milgrom Dodge leads a cast and crew that brings what is considered one of Christie’s best works of mystery to a Cape Cod stage.

The Acting Company’s 50th Anniversary Gala celebrated the company’s impact across America and new artistic vision for the future on Monday, June 13, 2022 at Capitale in New York City.

The Cape Playhouse wraps up its 92 season with Clue: On Stage, a hilarious farce-meets-murder-mystery.  Directed by Hunter Foster, the production stars January LaVoy, Stephen DeRosa, Nancy Opel, and Brian J. Carter. A New England Premiere and pre National Tour Engagement Clue: On Stage runs August 21-September 1, 2018.

The concert will be directed by original cast member Jerry Dixon (If/Then) with original music director Fred Carl (Miracle Brothers) leading members of the original band.
