Juilliard presents its Spring Gala on Wednesday, May 1, 2019. The evening celebrates a year of creativity, process, and innovation and will feature highlights from the 2018-19 school year at Juilliard-the first under Damian Woetzel, who in July 2018 became Juilliard's seventh president.

The Public Theater (Artistic Director, Oskar Eustis; Executive Director, Patrick Willingham) announced the line-up today for the 2019 Free Shakespeare in the Park season, continuing a 57-year tradition of free theater in Central Park. Ballet Hispanico, celebrating 45 years of sharing and reflecting the diversity of Latino cultures through dance, announced the grand opening of Ballet Hispanico at the Arnhold Center & the Ford Foundation Lobby on Tuesday, October 13, 2015 at 167 W. 89th Street. The ceremony highlighted the recent renovation of Ballet Hispanico's longtime home, with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony followed by a tour and reception.
