BIO
Casey Killoran is a television, film, and stage actress. A native Staten Islander, based in Brooklyn, NY. As a filmmaker her films have been in over 25 film festivals (Soho Int, Woods Hole, HollyShorts) . Her first self-produced feature film, "Viral Beauty", received 2018 theatrical distribution and is now streaming on Apple TV, Tubi, Google Play, and Vudu. Casey received her MFA from the NYU Tisch Graduate Acting Program. She is a citizen of the USA and Ireland.

An invitation-only reading of Afrika Brown’s new play, The Fight, will be presented as a part of The Apollo Salon Series in Manhattan on Friday, March 17th. The Apollo Salon Series, a part of The Apollo New Works initiative, provides development support for contemporary new work across artistic disciplines. The series expands on The Apollo’s tradition of nurturing artists and projects by providing a one-week residency.
