ADDY & UNO, the hit off-Broadway production that features a delightful cast of comical and melodious puppets with disabilities, has announced it will extend its run through March 10th. Fans and critics have hailed the show for being the first family musical comedy to celebrate differing abilities, friendship, and kindness. Even Mayor deBlaisio is honoring the show, issuing a letter of recognition to the cast and crew in advance of Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month.

After a sold out run at the 14th Street Y, ADDY & UNO, the first family musical celebrating disability, friendship, and kindness finds a new home at Theatre Row! With an original score, heartwarming story, and hilariously adorable puppets, the 50 minute musical comedy aims to educate typically developing children about peers with differing abilities, but also create a rare relatability for audience members with special needs.

The first family musical about disability, Addy & Uno, features concept and book by Nava R. Silton, Ph.D., music and lyrics by Bonnie Gleicher, and will be directed by the Emmy-nominated Donna Drake (John Tartaglia's ImaginOcean and Netflix's Julie's Greenroom). This musical has a little bit of everything that creates a whole lot of joy that will have audiences dancing on their feet even after the show has ended. From the diverse styles (and sheer amount) of dance to an eclectic bunch of characters and costumes that would make any other production of this musical turn green with envy, to the unbelievable talent of the cast and crew and the show's happy ending such a controversial topic as race segregation can bring forth, others aside from myself will assuredly be find themselves wearing a constant smile on their faces throughout.

Music Theatre of Connecticut presents 'You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown.'
