The Joyce Theater continues their successful dance season with the award-winning tap dance company, Dorrance Dance.

The Joyce Theater Foundation has announced the return of Dorrance Dance to Chelsea’s home for dance. The extended two-week engagement will play The Joyce Theater from December 7-18. 

Internationally acclaimed composer, director and performer Meredith Monk will premiere concert performances of her upcoming interdisciplinary, evening-length music theater work, Indra's Net, on November 12 & 13. Presented by Mills Performing Arts and The House Foundation for the Arts, with the Mills College Music Department.

Pioneering composer, singer, director/choreographer and creator of new opera, music theater works, films and installations, Meredith Monk, will celebrate the universal quest for spirituality in the luminous Meredith Monk A Celebration Service production, created in 1999 to commemorate the new millennium.

Conceived and directed by Rhonda Miller, Director/Lecturer of Dance at Pace, this concert will feature choreography by Rhonda Miller, Joshua Dean, Alisa Paradowski, Jennifer Littlefield, Stephanie Torbik, Mike Schulster, Lauren Gaul, Allison Easter and student choreographers Ashley Williams, Courtney Taylor, Matthew Cullen and Christina Fuschetto.
