Actor Chad Michael Murray stopped by this week's episode of Just Between Us with Bailee Madison and Kaitlin Vilasuso, as he joined the pair in surprising an 18-year old three-time cancer survivor, Alexandra Wilson, who found escape during treatments by watching One Tree Hill. Following Wilson's joyful tears, Murray shared a story about why he became an actor – to entertain people who need a boost like he got from television during a teenage hospital stint – and the rewards of seeing that come to life through Alexandra. When given the opportunity to ask Chad any question, Alex chose to request an Instagram follow, which Murray happily obliged.
