Two struggling actors reinvent themselves as self-help gurus and, much to their surprise, become the world's most revered relationship experts. Unfortunately, while their careers skyrocket their own relationship deteriorates, and they soon find themselves scrambling to protect their reputations.

Norm Foster's SELF HELP runs from March 20 – April 7.

Norm Foster is a Canadian playwright, considered to be Canada's most produced playwright. Foster discovered his talents as a playwright in Fredericton, New Brunswick, while he was working as host of a popular morning radio show. He accompanied a friend to an audition, and landed his first acting job without ever having even seen a play. Intrigued with the theatre, he set his pen to paper and wrote his first play titled Sinners.

An extremely prolific writer, Foster has had more than forty plays produced on professional stages. Other well-known other plays include The Love List, The Long Weekend; Bedtime Stories; Kiss the Moon, Kiss the Sun; Storm Warning; and Here on the Flight Path. Often compared to playwright Neil Simon, Foster's plays are known for their humour and insight into everyday life. Foster's work is frequently produced by theatre groups across North America, and as far away as Australia.
