Todd Allen Long, long-time favorite of The Winter Park Playhouse, premieres his new solo cabaret in the Playhouse's popular Spotlight Cabaret Series January 13 and 14, 2016.

Mr. Long will perform his solo cabaret entitled Why Not?, with accompaniment by Playhouse musical director Mr. Christopher Leavy on piano. Todd has performed in over 20 Mainstage productions at The Playhouse and is a well-loved entertainer at the theatre. His latest performance was as the character Smudge in The Playhouse holiday production of

Forever Plaid: Plaid Tidings. Other credits include Isn't It Romantic ? A Tribute to Rodgers and Hart, The Musical of Musicals: The Musical, I Love You Because, I Got Rhythm, Anything Cole and more. Outside The Playhouse, Todd has been seen at Mad Cow Theatre in The Heidi Chronicles, Superior Donuts and Cradle Will Rock and The Garden Theater in Legally Blonde: The Musical as Professor Callahan.

Todd's cabaret will feature a mix of musical theatre songs, operetta (for which he is well trained) and standards. His charming and endearing style will set the stage for a perfect evening out with a date or friends.

General Admission tickets are $20 plus a one drink minimum. Once sold out, a limited number of "Standing Room Only" tickets are available for $10. Seating is limited so advance reservations are strongly recommended. Doors open at 6:30 pm for a 7:30 pm cabaret.

Don't miss this popular vocalist at holiday time! Tickets will sell quickly, so call The Winter Park Playhouse box office for tickets 407-645-0145 or purchase online at www.winterparkplayhouse.org.
