The Garden Theatre (160 W Plant St.) will present the delightful, non-stop comedy Boeing Boeing showing March 20 - April 4, 2015. The presenting sponsors of Boeing Boeing are Bob and Dianna Duffy. Boeing Boeing is also sponsored by Insight Credit Union, Toole's Ace Hardware and Harmony Tech. The 2014-2015 Season Media Sponsor is West Orange Times & Observer.

It's the 1960s, and swinging bachelor Bernard couldn't be happier: a flat in Paris and three gorgeous stewardesses all engaged to him without knowing about each other. But Bernard's perfect life gets bumpy when his friend Robert comes to stay and a new and speedier Boeing jet throws off all of his careful planning. Originally a French play adapted for the English-speaking stage, Boeing Boeing won the 2008 Tony Award for the Best Revival of a Play. The play was adapted to film in 1965 and starred Jerry Lewis and Tony Curtis.

This hilarious farce that has enjoyed hit revivals in London and New York, is produced by Garden Theatre and is directed by Keith Smith. Smith has performed in Joseph and The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, The Sound of Music, The Music Man, Noises Off, The Foreigner and Dirty Rotten Scoundrels. A seasoned professional with over 30 years of theatre credits in production, acting and directing, this will be the second time he will direct a show at the Garden Theatre, the first being the original musical A Christmas Survival Guide during the 2012-2013 Season.

The six person professional cast of Boeing Boeing includes local artists: Jim Walker as Bernard, the swinging bachelor; Laura Miller as Gloria, the American fiancée; Candy Marilyn Heller as Berthe, the long-suffering maid; Alexander Mrazek as Robert, the friend who learns of Bernard's secrets; Heather Delmotte as Gabriella, the Italian fiancée; and Stacy Fulford as Gretchen, the German fiancée. Those who have previously appeared on the Garden Theatre stage include Candy Marilyn Heller (Mrs. Lovett, Sweeney Todd) and Alexander Mrazek (A Christmas Carol, A Christmas Survival Guide, Alice Lost in Wonderland, and most recently, Judge Turpin in Sweeney Todd).

Tickets are $25 for adults and $21 for seniors and students. Show times are Thursdays through Saturdays at 8pm and Sundays at 2pm. There will be an Industry Night performance on Monday, March 30 at 8pm with $15 tickets.
