Garden Theatre Celebrates Its First Anniversary with a Performance and Fundraiser March 6-8

The Garden Theatre celebrates the first anniversary of its renovation and grand reopening with Garden Encore! This special weekend of performances and activities will run March 6-8 at the Garden Theatre (160 West Plant Street).

Garden Encore! will be a musical concert featuring the best-of-the-best in favorite Broadway music. Additional events include an Ice Cream Social sponsored by Scoops Old-Fashioned Ice Cream Store and a Celebration Reception on the rooftop of the adjoining Garden Building. Saturday evening's performance (2/7) and pre- and post-events are a fundraiser for the Garden Theatre's annual campaign. Sunday (2/8) is Family Day; children 12 and under get in free with the purchase of an adult ticket.

Tickets to Garden Encore! go on sale Wednesday, February 11 at 11am.

Located in the heart of historic downtown Winter Garden on Plant Street, the Garden Theatre offers a cultural theatric experience unique to West Orange County and the citizens of Winter Garden. The restoration project, which began in 2003, has been pioneered by the Winter Garden Heritage Foundation and showcases an atmospheric theatre in a Mediterranean Revival style venue. The former single screen movie theater hosts live theatre, dance and music, cinema viewings, various community events and educational programs.

Box Office hours are Wednesday-Saturday 11am-7pm, Sunday 12-5pm, and two hours prior to show times.
