The Shelterbelt Theater will present "From Shelterbelt With Love 13" an eclectic mix of original work by local and national writers. This years theme goes a little darker and edgier than previous 'With Love' incantations.

Directed by three of Omaha's up and coming female directors ElizaBeth Thompson (Shelterbelt Artistic Director), Amy Schweid (Red Theater) and Julia Hinson (UNO) 'With Love' also boasts some new on stage talent in Omaha Theater.

Continuing the celebration of Shelterbelts 20th anniversary, this show calls to a slight shift in artistic direction for the Belt aligned with a new board change and new reading committee. This is an exciting year for the theater indeed!

SPECIAL EVENTS:
This years 'With Love' slot will also host two special events. A series of monologues sold at auction at the Belts' 20th anniversary party will find their home on the stage. These monologues written by local playwrights and for specific actors will showcase some of Omaha's favorite talent and is guaranteed to be a night of fun. Featuring Daena Schweiger, Joe Basque, Laura Campbell, Beaufield Berry, Nick Zadina, Bob Fishbach amongst others.
In addition, a continuation of Shelterbelts 'New Reading Series' will take place Monday, February 3rd at 7pm featuring Brendan JD Reilly's new work, "The Kitten Boots".

The series runs January 23rd-February 16th, playing Thursday-Saturdays at 8pm and Sundays at 2pm. Tickets: $12 for students and TAG members $15 general public. For reservations, call 402-341-2757.
