FAT GIRLFRIEND, THE MUSICAL Premieres In Omaha 4/16-5/10

The Shelterbelt Theatre proudly presents the premiere of "Fat Girlfriend, The Musical," an original new musical written and directed by local Omaha playwright Amanda Miller.

Attend the hilarious tale of Jenny Bell, the sassy, witty protagonist who has a love for spontaneous choreographed dance numbers and Doritos, and an eye for her hot roommate Paul. Experience Jenny's quest to remain true to herself in an image-crazed, media-obsessed world of speed dating and perfect "pedestal people." "Fat Girlfriend, The Musical" runs from April 16, to May 10, 2009, with show times at 8 p.m., Thurs-Sat, 6 p.m. on Sun., April 19 and 26, and 2 p.m. on Sun., May 3 and 10.
