For Immediate Release - New York, NY - On Monday, May 8th at 7pm, Local 802 AFM presents its monthly Jazz Night series featuring The Sound Liberation Trio, with Gene Pritsker - guitar, Larry Goldman - bass, David Cossin - drums. joining the trio in this performance are poets Imelda O'Reilly, Erik T. Johnson, Robert C. Ford, John Pietaro, Kelsea Brunner. The event will feature Gene Pritsker's compostions for the trio instrumentation combined with modern poetry

802 Jazz Nights are free monthly events in the Club Room of musicians union Local 802, open to all in our NYC community. The featured performer—always a celebrated jazz/improvisational music artist—offers a set to inspire, educate and ignite our enthusiastic audiences. And this is followed by an old-school jam session which attracts a wide range of musicians, from students to jazz masters.
