Queens Library and TITAN Theatre Company announced today that they will be teaming up for an ambitious outreach program titled "Shakespeare in Queens" that will present staged readings of the entire canon of Shakespeare's works at community libraries throughout the borough of Queens. Admission to all performances is free to the public and is open to audiences of all ages. The project will take three years to complete and will bring FREE Shakespeare to Queens residents and end with a borough wide vote of which reading was "Their Favorite" and TITAN will produce a full production of thet winning play at their current home, the Queens Theatre.

"We could not be happier or more excited about this project!" said Lenny Banovez, Artistic Director of Titan Theatre Company. "As TITAN begins to grow and transition from a producing entity into a true theatre company, we felt it was time to give something back to the community that has given so much to us. The residents of Queens, and the great people at the Queens Libraries, have truly embraced TITAN, and this is a great way to bring our work to an amazing community and to team up with a wonderful organization."
