IN THE HEIGHTS - Area Stage Company Non Equity Auditions

The Area Stage Company and Theatre Conservatory is holding auditions for the Tony Award winning musical, In the Heights. Auditions will be held on May 2nd at 7:00pm. Please prepare a monologue and sixteen bars of a musical theatre song.

In the Heights is a musical with music and lyrics by Lin-Manuel Miranda, and a book by Quiara Alegría Hudes. The story is set over the course of three days, involving an ensemble cast of
characters in the largely Dominican-American neighborhood of Washington Heights in New York City.

Rehearsals will begin July 11th, Monday through Friday 2:00pm-8:00pm. The show opens August 5th and runs through August 21st.
