Three Lead Actors Wanted | Paid | Non-Union

Honey & Blood Theatre is seeking three talented, non-union actors for Female Aroma, one hour dramatic stage production, to be performed at Producers Club Theatre in Manhattan.

The play explores wartime trauma, betrayal, corruption, domestic abuse, and the struggle for justice.

AVAILABLE ROLES
DORI – Female, 40–50 (Lead)
A highly intelligent, strong-willed woman who carries the psychological scars of wartime trauma, betrayal, and wrongful imprisonment. Requires exceptional emotional depth, commanding dramatic presence, and physical coordination, including safely climbing a ladder and handling stage cables.

LORI – Female, 30–39 (Lead)
A confident, attractive, and emotionally complex woman hiding the pain of an abusive marriage. Requires strong dramatic range, physical expressiveness, a sense of humor, and the ability to shift between confidence, fear, vulnerability, and defiance. Dance or movement experience is a plus.

DON – Male, 40–50 (Lead)
A charismatic, intelligent, and manipulative politician and businessman whose powerful public image conceals a corrupt and abusive personality. Requires commanding stage presence, strong dramatic range, and the ability to shift between charm, intimidation, vulnerability, and aggression.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

$1,250 total flat rate per actor ($250/week for 5 weeks), covering all rehearsals and three performances.

- First four weeks: Rehearsals six days per week, 6:00–8:00 PM, in the Bryant Park area of Manhattan.
- Final six rehearsal days: 3:00–5:00 PM at Producers Club Theatre.
- Performances: December 9, 10, and 11, 2026, at 7:30 PM.

Actors receive production credit, promotional exposure, and production photos when available. Meals, parking, transportation, and additional reimbursements are not provided.
