The Tapcracker at Suzanne Roberts Theatre

The Lady Hoofers Tap Ensemble presents their 10th annual production of The Tapcracker, an all-tap rendition of the holiday classic set to Duke Ellington's swinging take on Tchaikovsky's score. The story transports audiences to Paris, where an infestation of rats throws the city into chaos, with toy soldiers guarding the Eiffel Tower and mice wreaking havoc in the Metro. The production features a cast of over 40 dancers from PA, NJ, and DE, including Sarah Taylor as the Tapcracker, Paige Krissinger as the Mouse Queen, Molly Layden as the Queen of Versailles, and Mackenzie Lichtenstein as Clara.
