Centenary Stage Company's NEXTstage Repertory presents Little Women: The Broadway Musical, running April 23 through May 3 in the Sitnik Theatre at the Lackland Performing Arts Center. Based on the life and writings of Louisa May Alcott, the musical follows the March sisters — Jo (Katie O'Shea), Meg (Erin Clark), Beth (Pamela Welsch), and Amy (Raelyn Memon) — as they navigate love, loss, ambition, and family during the American Civil War. Central to the story is Jo's determination to become a published writer, a dream shaped by her relationship with Professor Bhaer (Evan Flick). The production is co-directed by Carl Wallnau and Lea Antolini-Lid, and features an ensemble of Centenary University Theatre students.
