Ken Ludwig's Lend Me a Tenor is a farce that was nominated for nine Tony Awards and won three Drama Desk Awards and the Olivier Award for Best Comedy of the Year. The story follows the chaos that ensues when the renowned tenor "Il Stupendo" is scheduled to sing the lead in Pagliacci but is suddenly unable to perform. What follows is a chain reaction of mistaken identity, farcical plot twists, double entendres, and musical mayhem. The production runs at Paper Mill Playhouse in Millburn, New Jersey, January 27 through February 21, 2027.
