Into the Woods at Morris Catholic High School

Morris Catholic High School in Denville, NJ presents Into the Woods Thursday, April 27 - Saturday, April 29 at 7 p.m. This post-Broadway revival will come to life as the Morris Catholic gym is transformed into the whimsical world of fairy tale characters colliding. The musical, narrated by Lila Ashton, follows the Baker (Christopher McNeil, Jr.) and his wife (Madeleina Gorri), Cinderella (Sara Tavares), Little Red Riding Hood (Marina Barbarisi) and Jack (Nicolas Vivar) as they journey into the woods to make their wishes come true, and breaking the curse from a powerful Witch (Sarah McTighe). 

Their stories also collide with handsome princes (Zach Finizio & RJ Connelly), Rapunzel (Marissa Tufaro), the Wolf (John Besjak), Jack’s Mother (Alexa Urriola), Cinderella’s family (Kathryn Mezzina, Gracie Vowells, Kylie Miralles), a Giant (voiced by Sofia Sorvino, the Assistant Director), and Jack’s cow, MIlky White, puppeteered by Luke Walsh. 

The Performing Arts at Morris Catholic is one of the school’s celebrated programs, and this challenging, large-scale musical will showcase the talent of the dedicated student body in the cast and crew. It is a performance you do not want to miss.
