From Be-Bop to Pop to Hip-hop, the Doo Wop Project returns to the Axelrod PAC by popular demand. Experience these five charismatic Broadway triple-threats (Jersey Boys and Motown: The Musical) as they span the generations of popular music with their unstoppable five-piece band. Heart-stopping harmonies, slick choreography and irresistible energy, these five guys recreate and reinvent popular melodies spanning six decades, including some of the biggest hits ever heard on a radio or an iPhone. Journey with the DWP from the foundation sounds of the Crests, Belmonts, and Flamingos through to legends like Smokey Robinson, The Temptations and The Four Seasons all the way to Michael Jackson, Jason Mraz and Amy Winehouse.
