Centenary Stage Company presents Carrie: The Musical, a captivating adaptation of Stephen King's debut novel, featuring a compelling book by Lawrence D. Cohen, lyrics by Dean Pitchford, and music by Michael Gore. The story follows Carrie White, a tormented high school girl who discovers she possesses telekinetic powers amidst bullying and a strained relationship with her mother. Starring a talented cast of Centenary University students, including Katie O'Shea, Olivia Tomlin, and Amanda Ackerman, this production is co-directed by professors Carl Wallnau and Lea Antolini-Lid. The show runs from April 24 to May 4, 2025, at the Sitnik Theatre in the Lackland Performing Arts Center.
