Based on the iconic 1980 film starring Jane Fonda, Lily Tomlin and Dolly Parton, this musical features music and lyrics by Parton and a book by Patricia Resnick. The show follows three determined office workers who join forces to stand up to their egotistical, sexist boss while discovering their own confidence, friendship and potential. Performed with two casts sharing performances throughout the run, the production is directed by Phil Pallitto. Audiences attending the Sept. 25 performance are encouraged to dress in Western-glam attire as a tribute to Parton, with proceeds that evening benefiting her Imagination Library.
