Todd Rundgren is a diverse musician who not only writes, sings and produces music, but he can also play a variety of musical instruments. Since the 1972 release of his debut album Something/Anything?, Rundgren has achieved success not only as a solo artist and member of the bands Nazz and Utopia, but also as a producer of albums for Badfinger, The Band, Grand Funk Railroad, and XTC. When he first embarked on a solo career in the early 1970s, Rundgren was known as a musician who created an eclectic mixture of progressive rock sounds and his influence on pop music is still a relevant force on the music of today. Todd Rundgren has led a five-decade career that reads like a chronicle of pop music's evolution from the 1960s to present day. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Rundgren catapulted into the limelight with 1972's seminal Something/Anything? and followed with landmark albums The Hermit of Mink Hollow, A Wizard, A True Star, as well as hit singles I Saw The Light, Hello It's Me, Can We Still Be Friends, and Bang The Drum All Day. His most recent studio album, GLOBAL, was released in April 2015.

Rundgren is a multi-faceted artist, songwriter, record producer and became a pioneer not only in progressive rock but electronic music, music video production and computer software development. He's also achieved widespread acclaim for his production work on albums by The Tubes, Patti Smith, Cheap Trick, Psychedelic Furs, Meatloaf, XTC, Grand Funk Railroad, and Hall And Oates. www.tr-i.com

About The Tubes F. Fee Waybill
The Tubes are a San Francisco-based rock band whose 1975 debut album included the hit single "White Punks on Dope". They are also remembered for their 1983 single "She's a Beauty", a top 10 U.S. hit with a frequently-played music video in the early days of MTV; and in the 1980 film Xanadu singing the rock portion of the cross-genre song "Dancin'" opposite a big band. The Tubes will go down in the rock history books as pioneers whose performances broke down barriers and defied definition. Rocking and shocking audiences for decades, The Tubes have the uncanny ability to highlight the absurdity of everyday American life while stimulating the senses through their dynamic, controversial and politically incorrect audio visual live spectacles. The Tubes have always managed to expose, enlighten and entertain audiences worldwide by combining art with trash, comedy with tragedy, and innovative rock theatre with consummate musicianship. www.thetubes.com
