This just in! Local talent Remember Jones from Asbury Park, NJ will be hosting the interactive and fun Sing-A-Long-A Grease. Remember Jones has a wealth of experience engaging audiences and is sure to contribute to this entertaining night!

Remember Jones

Remember Jones is a soul/pop singer with a throwback vibe and authentic energy that brings audiences to another time and place. Originally from Asbury Park, NJ where he has a stronghold on their large, thriving music scene, he has packed popular venues such as The Stone Pony, Asbury Lanes, The Saint, and sang for audiences at Convention Hall and The Paramount Theatre.

He has been awarded Top Vocalist in the Asbury Park Music Awards, directed and debuted as Hedwig in Hedwig and the Angry Inch for Asbury Park's first long-running theatrical production, and has produced, music directed, and supported many local acts, rock musicals, and touring bands.

Remember Jones fronts a tribute project "back to back to black", a recreation of the entire Amy Winehouse album with an orchestra of 16-25 pieces, has created live show experiences at the historic Strand Theatre in Lakewood, NJ, and released a fully composed and orchestrated chamber pop album with his Chicago-based band, The Live Debate!.

Audiences throughout the East Coast have jumped to their feet for Remember Jones' tribute to Joe Cocker for the past 4 years as part of Glen Burtnik's Summer Of Love Experience Tour. He recently presented a sold-out tribute to the entire Joe Cocker - Mad Dogs & Englishmen experience in New Jersey and will be touring the show in the future. As a member of other projects and theatrical events, he has played to rousing audiences in live music venues from Webster Hall in NYC, World Café Live in Philadelphia, Schubas in Chicago, and more.

Available and adaptable fronting a band from 4 members to 25, Remember evokes the energy of the great front men and women, with one of a kind song styling ("the vocal child of Tom Jones and Patti LaBelle", says award-winning singer/songwriter Glen Burtnik) and expert storytelling that keep audiences on their toes and emotions in the moment.

Sing-A-Long-A Grease

You'd better shape up to sing along to the great movie musical, complete with on-screen lyrics and the chance to become a T-Bird or Pink Lady for the night and enter the world famous costume competition.

Sing-a-long-a Greasers will be decked out in their own versions of fifties high school garb worn at Rydell High, including poodle skirts and saddle shoes, black leather biker and powder-pink bomber jackets, chiffon scarves and skinny ties. Costumes are most definitely encouraged, but singing is mandatory!

Every performance starts with a Sing-a-long-a host who warms up the audience, trains them how to "hand-jive", deploy the contents of their free magic moments fun packs and heckle in all the right places as well as judge the costume competition. "The rules are, there are no rules."
