Anoka-Ramsey College Theatre presents The Way of the World by William Congreve.With its cast of fops and rakes; its complex plot involving thwarted lovers, gossip & gambling; and the characters relentless pursuit of financial and social power, The Way of the World is a quintessential Restoration comedy. It scandalized (and satirized) the London social set when it was first performed in 1700.This production will be staged in a thrust theatre - limited reserve seating - general admission, so arrive early to get the best choice of seats. All seats are within 25' of the center of the stage!Performances are scheduled for Nov. 1, 2, 7, 8 and 9 @ 7:30 PM (house opens at 7:00 PM) at the Anoka-Ramsey Coon Rapids Campus Performing Arts Center.
