Nationally acclaimed Minnesota musician Charlie Parr brings his blend of folk, blues and American roots music to the historic State Theatre for a record release event for his new album Rooming House. The show features two full sets of music, with Rooming House performed in its entirety alongside collaborator and drummer Dave King of The Bad Plus and Happy Apple. The second set includes a retrospective of Parr's catalog spanning his career. Parr has released twenty albums over two-and-a-half decades and has performed at festivals including Newport Folk Fest and Pickathon.
