Hop on a captivating, crime-solving ride with Agatha Christie’s Murder on the Orient Express running September 13 through 29, 2024 at the Racine Theatre Guild. A blizzard strikes on a dark, stormy night, stranding a train on the tracks. Inside the luxury coach, a murder has occurred behind a locked door. But how? Renowned detective Hercule Poirot must investigate the treachery and scheming before the killer strikes again. A train full of suspects and a notebook’s worth of alibis, it’s a fast paced whodunnit that goes off the rails with glamour, intrigue, and plenty of sleuthing. • Friday, September 13 – 7:30 p.m. Based on the story by Agatha Christie and adapted for the stage by Ken Ludwig, tickets are $20 for adults, $18 for seniors (62+), and $15 for students (21 and under). Value night performances have tickets available for a discounted rate. Further savings are offered to groups of 12 or more. American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation by students in UW-Milwaukee’s ASL program will be provided during the performance on Friday, September 20 at 7:30 p.m. Sponsored in memory of Daniel Spannraft, tickets can be purchased from the Racine Theatre Guild located at 2519 Northwestern Avenue, Racine.
