The Singularity Play at Spectrum Theater

Jay Stull's funny and provocative new work imagines Google hiring a team of actors to collaborate with Denise, an artificial intelligence playwright, on a new theatrical work. As Denise learns from the actors in the room, the experiment evolves from a novelty into something deeply personal, exploring grief, connection and what makes us human. The Actors' Theatre production features Nancy Hoffman, Kendra Jones, Linnae Caurdy, Chris Smith, Oliver Vanderboegh, Lindsey Gram, Nate Reynolds, Bob Troszok, Sarah Glyszon and Antonio Aguilar, directed by Kyle Los.
