Laugh along with your host, Randy, as these loony ladies who lunch take on the current events and people making headlines in Detroit... that is, if they don't strangle each other first. Even the audience gets in on the act in this can't-take-your-eyes-off-it trainwreck that's guaranteed to leave you and your best frenemies laughing 'til you cry your false eyelashes off! The Realish Housewives of Oakland County: A Parody is an original play created and written by veteran Chicago-based comics and Second City writers Kate James and Tim Sniffen. In The Realish Housewives of Oakland County: A Parody, Detroit audiences will be treated to a reunion of the five "housewives," complete with all the booze, brawls and botox that have become the standard on reality television. In the great tradition of Second City, the play will be customized for Detroit, bringing Motor City reality to the outlandish parody performance.

The cast includes: Katie Caussin (Gwen), Katy Carolina Collins (Claudia-Louise), Jackson Evans (Randy), Emjoy Gavino (Desiree), Lori McClain (Ravonka), and Lindsey Pearlman (Brooke).

The creative team includes Kate James and Tim Sniffen (authors), Eric Hoff (director), Theresa Akers (set design), John Kelly (lighting design), Katharine Horowitz (sound design), and Mieka Van Der Ploeg (costume Designer).

The Realish Housewives: A Parody premiered in September 2015 at the New Century Theater in Minneapolis.
