“Theater at the J" 2017 – 2018 Season continues with ‘The Camp,’ presented by The West Boca Theatre Company. The Camp runs from November 30 through December 17 and is a New World Premier written by Carbonell Award Winner Michael McKeever and directed by Michael Leeds. The end of the war is rapidly approaching and Captain Franklin Payne and his men are anxious to get to Berlin. Along the way, they are detoured to a small village in the Bavarian Forest. But all is not what it seems in this tiny tranquil town. What starts as an overnight respite evolves into an examination of man’s indifference to the suffering of others, and the horrors of what human beings are capable of doing to other human beings.
Levis JCC Phyllis & Harvey Sandler Center establishes itself as a hub for Arts & Culture. “Theater at the J” features professional musicals, comedy, drama and cabaret performances throughout the year.
