David Frost:

Late 30s. British talk-show host, playboy.

Col. Jack Brennan:

50s. Nixon's former Chief of Staff. Nixon loyalist.

 

DANGEROUS

by Michael McKeever. Director: Clive Cholerton (at EPA.)

1st rehearsal: February 3, 2009. Runs February 22 - March 29, 2009.

World Premiere play by a South Florida playwright. Re-telling of "Dangerous Liaisons" set in the 1930's Weimar Republic. Earthy, politically charged, sensual, with shocking details.

Alec Wolff:

30 - 50. Rogue, great seducer. Bisexual. Dangerous. Wildly attractive, tall. Worldly, open to new experiences. Caustic but vulnerable. Everyone's dream of perfect manhood. Nudity required (no nudity at auditions.)

Ernst Mann:

30 - 50. Successful architect. Attractive. A good man. Classy but sexy. A true aristocrat. Vulnerable but smart. Elegant. Caring, but very 1930's Germany. 

Lena Belling:

30 - 40. Early feminist. Very beautiful. Strong-minded. Brilliant but vulnerable; surprised by her wild attraction to Alec. Nudity required (no nudity at auditions.) 

Horst Arnheim:

20s. Wildly handsome. Gay. An innocent, but very sexy. Vulnerable, sweet, open to experience and endearing. Nudity required (no nudity at auditions.)
