A HIGH HONOR FOR DIRECTING FUGARD'S WORK!: Excaliber Shakespeare Company of Chicago Founder, Artistic Director and Producer Darryl Maximilian Robinson is winner of a 1999 Black Theatre Alliance / Ira Aldridge Award nomination for Best Direction Of An Ensemble for his 1999 ESC revival staging of Athol Fugard's powerful anti-apartheid drama "The Blood Knot" at The Heartland Cafe Studio Theatre in Chicago.
