Every month, Las Locas Comedy celebrate all the badass women in our lives with a hot night of all-loca comedy featuring Chicagoland’s and the USA’s top Latina/e/x comedians and honorary locas from any background. Don’t you dare hurt this comedian’s heart, or else you’ll be the next punchline in Nana Rodriguez’s comedy act! Nana’s a proud suburbanite with Chicago roots. Growing up as the youngest of five siblings and the only girl in a big Mexican family, she learned how to hold her own and become a master at defending herself from her brothers’ pranks and wrestling matches. She grew tough skin and a fierce spirit, and watch out for that right hook. Armed with a Business Managment degree from Columbia College, she landed a gig promoting nightclubs. But when her heart got shattered by an ex-girlfriend, she found her true calling in life: standup comedy.

When Nana isn’t headlining shows, she’s producing them including co-producing Sabado Night Laughs with Las Locas Comedy. Nana has featured for Ruben Ramirez, Ken Flores, and Chingo Bling. She recently performed at Laugh After Dark ComedyFest 2024 and had a comedy clip go viral with over a million views. And when she’s not out looking for hoes, she’s chillin’ with her fur babies Margo, Kubo, Theo, and Moco.
