Ojai, California – February 26, 2024 : The Ojai Art Center Theater proudly announces the opening of Aaron Mark’s new comedy, Deer, as the second show of its landmark 85th season. Directed by the talented David Henderson and starring Cynthia Killion and Taylor Kasch, Deer is set to captivate audiences from March 29 through April 21.

The story of Deer unfolds as it examines the lives of a couple, Cynthia and Ken, as they grapple with the aftermath of a sudden and jolting accident that spirals into a profound exploration of their relationship. The play delves into themes of guilt, forgiveness, and redemption, showcasing Aaron Mark’s signature blend of depth, humor, and humanity.
