"Hollywood and the L.A. scene are backdrops for this poignant and funny South Coast Repertory-commissioned play about two entertainment industry couples whose lives—and lifestyles—converge in surprising ways. Connie and Jonas are wealthy, and what they have is success – she as a movie producer and he as a TV writer.  Suzanne and Matt struggle financially, and what they have is envy.  Parenting, painting and the Law of Attraction all collide when lives can change in a heartbeat, and things aren't necessarily what they seem," describe press notes.

Nancy Bell (Suzanne) made her SCR debut as Julia Craven in The Philanderer (Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle Award nomination) and returned as Ann Deever in All My Sons and Elizabeth in The Circle.  Most recently, she appeared in Polish Joke at the Manhattan Theatre Club.

Matt Letscher (Jonas) appeared at SCR previously in the Pacific Playwrights Festival reading and the production of Ridiculous Fraud, the NewSCRipts reading of Kate Robin's Anon. and the PPF reading of Craig Lucas' Singing Forest.  Broadway credits include The Rivals and Neil Simon's Proposals.  Letscher currently plays Nathan on "Eli Stone" and will appear in the upcoming Alan Ball film, Nothing is Private.  His play, Sea of Fools, had its world premiere at The Purple Rose Theatre Company in 2007.

Kevin Rahm (Matt) appeared at SCR previously in the NewSCRipt reading of Unrequited and the Pacific Playwrights Festival reading of Scab.  His theater credits include Everyday Live, A Question of Mercy, All My Sons at Pacific Resident Theatre and Prisoner at the Kennedy Center.  His film and television credits include Freedom Writers, Alfie, "Grey's Anatomy" and three years as Kyle McCarty on "Judging Amy."
