Broadway vet Alfred Molina is set to host a benefit party for Circus Theatricals on June 9 at the Hayworth Theatre in Los Angeles.

The Fiddler on the Roof star will be on hand for "Havana Nights," a salsa party and cabaret including dancing and live music.  A silent auction will raise money for Circus Theatricals, an award-winning nonprofit theatre company that produces classic, modern and new plays.

"We are dedicated to nourishing, educating and inspiring our community towards a thoughtful and humane worldview through our programming of plays," states their website.  "We nurture theatre artists by offering a safe harbor to work and study the craft of acting, directing and writing through live theatre performance."

Founded in 1986, Circus Theatricals has produced over 50 plays in New York and Los Angeles. Los Angeles homes have included The Hudson Theatre (1995- 1999) and The Odyssey Theatre (1999-2006).

In April, 2006, Circus Theatricals moved to a new venue, now called the Circus
Theatricals Studio Theatre at the Hayworth. In just one year's time, Circus Theatricals has produced six world premiere plays, an original adaptation of a classic Greek play, and three American classics.

Reservations for the benefit event can be made by calling 323-960-1054.  Circus Theatricals at the Hayworth is located at 2511 Wilshire Blvd. in Los Angeles.  For more information, visit www.CircusTheatrical.com
