A staged reading Sat., August. 29 at 8 p.m. of a new play by Claude Solnik about Tennessee Williams and his sister Rose, the role model for many of his greatest characters. Daniel Higgins directs this presentation about the playwright and the woman whose life inspired many of his stories. A one-night event not to be missed for lovers of theater, Tennessee Williams and anyone who has ever wondered about the story behind some of the world's greatest shows. Followed by a discussion of Williams, his work and a woman who had a huge influence on literature without writing a word.
