Manon Halliburton stars in Mannequins as an unemployed costume designer; over-stimulated by her television, and obsessed with her life-sized doll. David Fritts co-stars as her disillusioned husband; drunk, and frustrated with his failing marriage. As their world falls apart, the husband slips in and out of drunken stupor, and the wife dives head first into delusions and fantasies. Told through a series of vignettes, Mannequins explores reality, auditory hallucinations, impermanence, and philosophy. Mannequins is produced by Jon Robertson, who brought you The Audio Cart, and Companions.
