Responsible for supporting all box office operations including: taking and processing subscriptions, group, complimentary, and single ticket sales as well as maintaining and updating the patron database. Will also serve as House Manager for the season and will be responsible for communicating with Stage Management and the Box Office to open the theater for seating, communicating with and overseeing Volunteer ushers and ticket takers, and sending out daily House Reports to necessary staff. Additional duties include organizing and facilitating special events throughout the season and assisting with volunteer management. Must be highly organized and able to multi-task. Experience with MS Office Suite and knowledge of Patron Manager ticketing or other CRM ticketing platform and current AED, First Aid, and CPR Certifications a plus. Full Season (9 Weeks, 6/24to 8/24), Housing provided, pays $586/week.
