Verdi: Aïda (dir. Poda) at Arena di Verona

This production of Aïda, directed, designed, and choreographed by Stefano Poda, uses dazzling lights, transparent elements, massive set pieces, and dance to create a spectacular unified vision that first opened the Arena's centenary festival in 2023. Israeli conductor Daniel Oren leads all six performances with rotating casts. Featured artists include soprano Maria José Siri as Aïda, tenor Gregory Kunde as Radamès, and bass Alexander Vinogradov as Ramfis.
