Orquesta de Extremadura at Orquesta de Extremadura

The Orquesta de Extremadura, founded by the regional government in 2000, is set to celebrate its 25th anniversary with the appointment of Roberto Forés Veses as its Artistic Director starting in August 2025. Forés Veses returns to Spain after a successful tenure in France, emphasizing his connection to the orchestra which he has conducted since 2014. Under his direction, the orchestra will continue its mission of promoting musical culture throughout Extremadura, maintaining its rich tradition of collaboration with prominent conductors and soloists.
