Failure Confetti follows Maeve, a former child actor facing adulthood: unemployed and haunted by the question, Who am I? She'd like the answer to be "Broadway Diva." Tragically, she can neither sing nor dance. Desperate for reinvention, Maeve joins a hardcore method acting class, only to unearth her actual childhood special education reports cataloguing everything "wrong" with her. Built around these real educational records, performed verbatim on stage, Failure Confetti ricochets between stand-up, documentary theatre, audience participation, and splashy Broadway fantasy as Maeve confronts neurodiversity, failure, and the myth of being fixed.
