The dramatic story starts in heaven where Lord Shiva losses a bet wit Lord Narayana and promises to bless the most honest man in the state of Bharatpur. Budhhuram Mandal, being that man, is announced as the king of the state. Everyone including police, politicians and priests put him on the throne happily.
Budhhuram, the king now, tries to change the constitution which starts to damage the earlier hierarchy and system which makes everyone including the business men, political leaders, police and priests uncomfortable. In the mean time Buddhuram falls in love with a girl from a different cast and announces his marriage. Everyone grabs this opportunity to create a controversy and throw the king out of the throne. Budhhuram is obtrusive. Now who will be king?
