The Moores School Symphony Orchestra closes the 2017 – 2018 orchestra season celebrating the music of Poland under the direction of Franz Anton Krager. This riveting concert features Moores School of Music faculty member Andrzej Grabiec taking on the dual role of soloist in Szymanowski’s Second Violin Concerto and guest conductor in Moniuszko’s Mazur from the opera “Halka.” The concert also features Kilar’s symphonic poem “Krzesany” conducted by Alejandro Basulto-Martínez.
