Award Winning Playwright Vincent Victoria offers two original one act plays to celebrate Black History Month.. The play From Africa to The White House finds two men visiting a psychic medium named Madame Lucretia who is able to access the spirits of unsung African American personages from the past.
The Storm is Here, the first play produced in the country about the Jan.6 insurrection, focuses on two lives that unwittingly intertwine on that fateful day. The play was an A list play chosen to be read at the prestigious National Black Theatre Festival in 2022.
Both plays include updates and revisions by the playwright that differ from earlier productions.
