Every Anne Frank is a poignant exploration of identity and authority, focusing on Majkin, a white public-school teacher who seeks to connect her students with the legacy of Anne Frank. Featuring Destiny, a Latina eighth-grader grappling with systemic bias, and Mrs. B, a pressured principal, the play reveals how cycles of betrayal and power manifest in daily American life. Written by Majkin Holmquist and directed by Kareem Fahmy, this compelling narrative invites reflection on the complexities of history and connection in contemporary society.
