Florida Rep to Open Season 29 with FOREVER EVERLY and THE STAR-SPANGLED GIRL

Florida Repertory Theatre's 29th season is set to open in Fort Myers, beginning with FOREVER EVERLY: The Everly Brothers Rockumentary in September, followed by the mainstage production of Neil Simon's THE STAR-SPANGLED GIRL in October at the Historic Arcade Theatre.
The Everly Brothers Rockumentary opens September 18 in the ArtStage Studio Theatre. The show combines a live concert with a documentary film, featuring the music of The Everly Brothers, Paul Simon, The Beatles, and more.
Meet the Cast of Forever Everly
Nick Gallardo has traveled the world as a guest entertainer with Celebrity, NCL, and Oceania cruises and has performed alongside artists including Linda Ronstadt, Shirley Jones, and Richard Kline.
Jared Mancuso is a musician and producer of tribute shows including Not Fade Away, Forever Everly, and 70s Rock Road Trip. Originally from New Hope, Pennsylvania, he now calls Phoenix home and also fronts the original alt-rock band Esso.
Neil Simon's THE STAR-SPANGLED GIRL opens October 23 at the Historic Arcade Theatre and brings three actors together for a romantic comedy about love, politics, and two young writers whose lives are turned upside down by the woman who moves in next door.

Gavin Michaels stars as Andy Hobart, with recent credits including Off-Broadway's Crooked Cross, Mary Shelley's Frankenstein, The Mousetrap, and Law & Order: SVU.
Larry Toyter makes his Florida Rep debut as Norman Cornell. His credits include Off-Broadway's Milk and Honey, Dames at Sea, The Inheritance, and A Chorus Line.
Ellee Jo Trowbridge makes her Florida Rep debut as Sophie Rauschmeyer. A graduate of Rider University, her credits include Nice Work If You Can Get It and Dog Sees God.
THE STAR-SPANGLED GIRL is directed by Greg Longenhagen.
