SEEKING
Equity actors for roles in SEE ME. All roles will be understudied.
Maxwell: Identifies as male. White, Mid-30s-40s. A New York City transplant, he worked for many years as a NY public school teacher—mostly to pay off student loans. He still maintains a mid-western sense of loyalty to people he knew as friends—even when they let him down. He's just getting by financially with odd-jobs and pluck.
Zoe: Identifies as female. Open to all ethnicities. Mid-30s-40s. Born and raised in The Bronx, New York. She leans into her ethnicity as strength. She calls herself an artist and painter and she is determined to make a living doing exactly that. She is urbane, gritty, grounded and feminine—though she's not at all defined by her beauty.
PREPARATION
