Note: No housing is available to out-of-area performers.

Each actor has THREE (3) minutes to perform. Prepare appropriate material of your choosing, which may be a monologue or a selection from the show. Scripts, and a reader, will be provided at the audition. State your starting & stopping places. There are no auditions sides.

Non-AEA actors may not sign up in advance, but may be seen as time permits on the day of.

Scripts: Scripts will be available for review at StageSource, 15 Channel Center Street, Suite 103, Boston and at the audition.

For Equity members to schedule an appointment, please visit our digital sign-up sheet at: and select the time you would like to be seen. Equity members must fill in an email address, a contact phone number, and AEA Member number. You can opt to receive an e-mail confirming your audition time, and you will receive an appointment reminder the day before your audition.

Non-union performers can only be seen on the day if there is space available and may not sign-up for an appointment in advance.


For pre-cast roles, auditioning performers will be considered as possible (emergency) replacements, should any become necessary. No understudies are being cast.


Female, early20s – the Ivy League student, tomboyish, Asian-American

Male, late 20s – the sports writer, in over his head, Blue’s oldest brother, Asian-American

Male, mid 20s – the magician, a natural, the middle brother, Asian-American

Female, late 40s-60, the con man, AKA, Mom, Asian-American
